Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 1/8 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp cooking oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup white flour
• 1 cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F and lightly butter a 9"x9" square pan.
2. Mix melted butter, sugar, and cooking oil until ingredients are incorporated.
3. Mix in eggs and vanilla until the color of the batter lightens up.
4. Fold in dry ingredients.
5. Pour into baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center stops jiggling.
